Geophysicist - Project Manager
You will have an excellent knowledge of near-surface geophysical techniques and experience of managing commercial geophysics projects and leading a team. You will have also demonstrated competency in all aspects of geophysical survey, from the design of survey strategies through to the data collection and processing and have experience in a wide variety of geophysical techniques.You will be based at our Leeds office where you will be involved in all aspects of project management, including tendering, site work and reporting. You must be prepared to travel and work away from home for periods of time to undertake site work and a driving licence is essential.
As part of the management team you will also assist in the marketing and development of the Division by presenting at seminars and conferences, liaising with clients and producing publicity material.
The minimum requirement for this position is a post-graduate qualification in geophysics or related subject + 5 years experience in commercial geophysics or a geotechnical environment or graduate with at least 7 years experience in commercial geophysics or a geotechnical environment.
You will report directly to the Geophysics Manager. |
